Every student is accepted for who they are. Our dress code is gender affirming, and every dancer should wear which option feels appropriate to them. The selected attire is to support every dancer’s safety and comfort. Scroll to the bottom for videos on how to style hair for dance class!

Hair Tutorials
Hair for dance should be secured away from the face and off the neck and shoulder (no ponytails or loose braids please). This is for the dancers’ safety (loose hair can get in eyes when turning!) and so the instructors can see the neck and shoulders in order to check alignment. Please use the videos below for instructions on how to style a ballet bun for your hair type!
